WHAT CAN I DO TO SPEED UP THE RENTAL PROCESS?
Have the following information ready to go: height, weight and age handy. Prior to being fit, fill out the provided form for rental. Have your ski or snowboard socks on before we measure.
WHAT IF MY (CHILD'S) FEET GROW DURING THE SEASON?
That’s why you rent from Rotary, and we are always there for adjustments during the rental season.
IS IT TOO EARLY FOR SEASON RENTALS?
Earlier the better, ensuring better selection and beat the crowds.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP SEASONAL RENTALS?
From when you pick up in the fall until April or May the following year.
Do CAN I BUY THE GEAR OUT END OF SEASON? fit beginners?
Yes! Prices are listed for select gear on our rental page chart accordingly.
CAN I SWITCH FROM SKI TO SNOWBOARD (AND, VICE VERSA) IF I CHANGE OUR MIND?
From when you pick up in the fall until April or May the following year.
DO YOU RENT HELMETS FOR THE SEASON?
Due to their fairly affordable price point, and for hygienic purposes, we do not.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE GEAR GETS LOST OR STOLEN?
This does fall under personal liability, and you are responsible. However, some insurance policies do cover and you can confirm prior with your provider.
WHAT IF THE RENTAL GEAR NEEDS A TUNE-UP?
During the rented season, feel free to bring in the rental equipment to see if a quick sharpen and wax is needed.
