WHAT'S included
– Skis or snowboard, boots, and poles where applicable
– Adjustment to your weight, height, and ability
– Walk-out and walk-in support if anything’s off, come back
Helmets are rented separately. We don't rent socks (please bring your own proper ski socks make a real difference).
HOW IT WORKS
1. Reserve a fitting time slot. Weekends fill up call (203) 375-5261. Walk-ins welcome on weekdays.
2. Bring your stats. Height, weight, age, and shoe size. Photo ID for the rental form.
3. Wear ski socks. Or bring them. We’ll measure over them.
4. Pick up the day before if you can pickup or drop-off is 12pm (noon).
5. Return by noon the day noted on your form. Late returns are charged per day.
What if I'm late returning?
You'll be charged for every additional day late. Please call us we'd rather help reschedule than send a bill.
What if the gear gets damaged or lost?
You'll cover the replacement price. We'll tell you the values up front so there's no surprise. Buy a lock for the racks most damage is theft. Some homeowner or travel insurance policies cover rental gear; check with yours before the trip.
FAQ
What can I do to speed up the rental process?
Have height, weight, and age handy. Fill out the rental form before you arrive. Wear your ski or snowboard socks before we measure.
Can I switch from ski to snowboard if I change my mind?
Yes, gear-type changes are based on current supply.
What if the rental gear needs a tune-up mid-trip?
Bring it in. A quick sharpen and wax may be all it needs.
Do I need a reservation?
On weekends, yes. Weekdays, walk in any time during business hours.
Do you fit beginners?
Always. Tell us it’s your first time and we’ll set you up with forgiving gear and walk you through how it all works.
